Currently our team will print and fulfill all products on demand once an order is placed. Complete Fulfillment of the product takes usually 1-4 business* days.
(99% of all orders have been fulfilled Same Day - Excluding orders placed on weekends)

For USA Orders:
Deliveries within the US should arrive within 2-7 days after Complete Production and your shipping confirmation email is received.

For Canada Orders:
Deliveries within Canada Should arrive within 3-15 days after Complete Production and your shipping confirmation email is received.
(This can vary based on shipper. USPS or Canada Post)

 
For Worldwide Orders:
Deliveries outside of the US & Canada may take anywhere from 7-30+ Days to arrive, depending on the destination country.

These times may be delayed by a number of factors, including delays in customs processing within your destination country.

Product Tracking
• If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you have not yet received it, please call your local post office for more information. If there is an issue with the listed address on your package, they may need to get in touch with you before delivery can be completed.

 

Pre-orders & Back-Orders
GOAT / Chapman Official may be limited by production delays, shipping delays, and other factors outside of our control but aims to provide accurate shipping & delivery estimates for pre-order and/or back-ordered products.

Customs & Duty Fees
Customers are responsible for all customs & duty fees which may be added to your order once it arrives in the destination country. GOAT / Chapman Official does not include any coverage for customs or duty fees and is NOT quoted in the shipping costs, at any point in our checkout or the billing process.
