Made-to-Order Process

Our team fulfills all products on demand once an order is placed.

  • Standard Fulfillment: 2–5 business days.

  • Specialty Items (Embroidery/Custom Labels): Please allow 3–7 business days for production, as these high-quality techniques require extra care and calibration. (Note: Fulfillment times exclude weekends and holidays.)

Delivery Estimates

Once your gear is finished and you receive your shipping confirmation email, here is when you can expect it:

  • USA Orders: 2–7 business days.

  • Canada Orders: 3–12 business days. (Varies by province; urban centers are typically faster).

  • International Orders: 10–30 business days depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Tracking Your Order:

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the facility.

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office (USPS/Canada Post) first, as they often have the most up-to-date GPS data on the drop-off location.

Customs & Duty Fees

Gaming On Another Tier is based in Canada.

  • USA & Canada: Most orders ship from within your own country and typically do not incur customs fees.

  • International (Outside North America): Customers are solely responsible for any customs and duty fees assessed by your local government. These fees are not included in our shipping costs or quoted at any point in our checkout process.
