Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Fulfillment Process All Gaming On Another Tier (G.O.A.T.) merchandise is produced on demand.

• Standard Items: Typically take 2–5 business days to fulfill.

• Specialty Items (Embroidery/Custom Tags): Please allow 3–7 business days for production.

• Note: Digital products (schematics) are delivered instantly via email and do not require fulfillment time.

Delivery Estimates Once your order has been produced and you receive your shipping confirmation email, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• USA: 2–7 business days.

• Canada: 3–12 business days.

• International: 10–30 business days (varies by destination).

Tracking & Delivery Issues Every physical order includes a tracking number. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, please contact your local post office (USPS/Canada Post) as they are best equipped to locate the package within their local system.

Customs & Duty Fees Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees assessed by their local government. Gaming On Another Tier does not include coverage for these fees in our shipping costs. Most orders within the USA and Canada ship from within their respective countries and typically do not incur these fees.

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders Estimates for pre-orders are provided at the time of purchase. While we aim for total accuracy, these are subject to production and logistics factors outside of our control.
